Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a popular HR topic and has been for years, though, relatively speaking, it’s still a newer area for professionals to explore. Because of that, it is rapidly developing. Of course, growth is not without challenges: many workers, upon hearing about DEI, think only about mandatory training, training they resist and treat as a waste of time. But viewed differently, employees will come to see DEI for what it is, a way to develop all human potential in an impartial and collaborative way.
